For the activities selected, reading books for increasing knowledge and skills on core trends represent my passion. I opt for reading conflict management publications since they are highly flexible and also effective in terms of managing costs. The most important thing is that I am able to read publication in my computer from all locations. Also, this assist me in feeling very fresh through acquiring relevant content. By using the books and publications, they also assist me pause and think about my areas of learning core for critical thinking. The group discussions are similarly critical as they guide sharing and exchanging different idea and data. I am in a position of learning from different friends in the best practice of working and the criteria used in solving these issues. The process of working in groupwork assist in managing costs and is flexible in nature. The only requirement in a group is the time incurred for the process implementation. The different learning activities which would assist me in improving my overall performance include formal learning, seminars and conference. The practices offer relevant approaches for improving skills and knowledge. Formal learning is flexibly pursued albeit being costly. Through an online delivery, it is possible learning from all. Seminars and conferences similarly offer an opportunity for engaging experts with a capacity of sharing successful stories and experienced.
