In regard to CPD impact on behaviour and performance, these are;

I was able to work with others in a short-term manner for collaboration amongst people practice professionals– This positively influence teams since they require an appreciation of the necessity for a continuous development process. Through the continuous development, I became well positioned to acquire various skills critical for my success in future working as a people practice professional. The drawback of this however included a lot of time being used in improving the process. Also, there was a need to involve experts for successfully implementing the process.

Assuming a detailed responsibility in workshops to promote knowledge acquisition particularly a team-based operation– Owing to the positive impact of the process in my performance increase, I at all times make sure that for all engaged parties, effective skills were acquired and knowledge to implement their functions. The weak area of this include disputes prevailing as teams including individuals of different culture with emergence of disputes.

I was able to engage different consultants to improve learning– The CPD positive impact include capacity for achieving successful team-based management process.
