Justification for this rating: Considering this area of practice, I ensure that I improve my overall level of curiosity and passion for deep learning for success of my entity. Working as a people practice professional, the outcome of this was the health and wellbeing program being an asset to all the employees in my organisation. From now onwards, the employees have managed to successfully initiate health and wellbeing initiatives for their own growth and development. Additionally, sharing learning for organisation success has a positive impact on increasing their ability to participate in the process and gained insights for their progressive management of gender issues and other areas of interest. Their curiosity and passion for learning improved their willingness of taking risks and similarly embracing an innovative learning culture as part of their operations as a people practice professional. |

Achieving your development objectives: Opportunities and obstacles | As a best practice, working as a people practice professional, this entail the adoption of formal, informal and systematic approaches imparting information to the rest which increase success of organisations. Also, it entail awareness on organisation and program initiatives and creativity for enhancing achievement of goals.
As a best practice, the opportunities which I would leverage on to achieve these objectives would include; 1) Ensuring that I holistically put down my entire goals, practices and resources to share L&D for evaluating implication on an entity success in a period of 5 weeks 2) Working as a people practice professional, my success would include to ensure I am edifying core players for creating a holistic knowledge-sharing platforms and approaches within a period of 4 weeks The success of achieving these objectives would be evaluated through; · Ability to enhance two-way feedback communication approach existing in my organisation to identify important areas of knowledge sharing · Achieving the major KPIs which are inclusive being in place in my organisation on the best continuous development plan · Pursue self-assessment- this can be done through the application of a questionnaire filled to note on abilities on sharing knowledge successfully
For the potential obstacles, they include; · It would be challenging to accommodate people with protected characteristics in knowledge sharing without their facilitation · There would be a challenge to make particularly when there is a need of embracing the best practice of the organisations in continuous development plan. · Achieving the objectives is a major challenge since there are diversities of the employees. This would be a major threat to my practice of learning as people practice professional
