Justification for this rating: Based on my experience working as a people practice professional, over time, I have learnt on how to professional integrity and transparency in workplace in regard to ethical practice, professional courage and influence (Deeg & May 2021). Additionally, being my best practice, this is by ensuring there is no discrimination whatsoever or lack of inclusion of all stakeholders in active decision making in such an organisation. Additionally, working as a leader, in 2023, there was instances where there was a campaign spearheaded by gender-based activities with an intention of promoting the percentage of women inclusion in the labour market. From the outcome which I received, the best option was to take the women to training, coaching and mentoring sessions in order to appreciate the best practice in diversity and inclusion.
