My learning objectives for this period were I need to:

1. Gain knowledge about effective strategy for sharing good practice with others that is tailored to different contexts and learning styles.

2. Utilize feedback to improve my own communication and performance.

3. Understand about approach that includes a willingness to take calculated risks and encourages an innovative learning culture.

My action plan 1. I attended a series of seminars and workshops on HR best practices. These workshops helped me gain a better understanding of the various aspects of HR, such as recruitment, training, employee relations, and compensation. I also learned about the legal requirements for employers and the responsibilities of HR professionals.

2. I read books and articles related to HR topics and kept up with the latest trends and developments in the field. This allowed me to stay informed and up-to-date on the latest HR practices and policies.

3. I participated in online forums and discussion groups to discuss HR topics and to network with other HR professionals. This gave me the opportunity to gain insights from other professionals and to share my own experiences and opinions.

 

2. Reflections on learning during this period

What I learned I learned to enhance my personal effectiveness and demonstrate my curiosity and passion for deep learning, I strive to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in my field. I’m constantly taking online courses, attending seminars and workshops, and reading up on the latest research papers. I also make it a point to ask questions and engage in discussions with my colleagues and mentors. By doing so, I’m able to gain new insights, learn from the experiences of others, and explore new ideas. This has helped me develop my problem solving and critical thinking skills, and it has enabled me to become more self-aware and focused. I am constantly experimenting and trying out new approaches, which has allowed me to develop creative solutions to challenges.

Conclusions My learning journey has been a valuable experience that has allowed me to better understand the importance of applying learning to enhance personal effectiveness and demonstrating curiosity and passion for learning. Through the process of learning, I have become more aware of the need to challenge myself, remain curious, and strive for continuous improvement. I have also gained greater insight into the importance of collaboration, communication, and creativity in the learning process. Overall, this journey has given me the tools, knowledge, and motivation to pursue my personal and professional goals with a greater sense of purpose and passion.

I can now create a positive organizational outcome by helping to minimize workplace risks and maximize efficiency and productivity. I will create and implement effective HR policies and processes
I read laws and regulations and attended meeting with legal team. To reduce the potential for errors or misconduct that could result in legal liabilities or other forms of risk. By engaging, I learned to ensure in risk-mitigation strategies, you can also learn about the various risks associated with HR I will help Almarai to achieve its strategic goals and mitigate risks.
I conducted benchmark and reviewed current policies and procedures to be aligned with relevant laws and regulations. To ensure that HR-related decisions are based on sound data and that the organization is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. I know more about financial risks, compliance risks, legal risks, and operational risks. I will identify and respond to potential HR risks in a timely and effective manner.
