Strategy for Proximie

1. Introduction

This report looks at the specific strategy of Proximie, a health tech company which uses extended reality (XR) to develop virtual connected operating rooms that are beyond geographical borders. Using knowledge from the theoretical framework of strategic entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership, the paper discusses the creation, delivery and capturing of value in the Proximie business model and its internal and external consistency. As a result of evaluating the value proposition that Proximie offers together with the analysis of how such propositions meet the needs of the healthcare providers, recommendations will be given on how to expand the business in a specific national healthcare system, in this case the Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health (MOH), in order to gain competitiveness and generate sustainable growth.
