Application of Critical Thinking to my Own Ideas

In my work in Riyad Bank, I used critical thinking to develop an employee engagement strategy (Abdul-Azeez et al., 2024).
I started with ensuring I clearly and specifically outlined set goals of a strategy, increased morale and outcomes in offering the banking services.  By targeting specific categories of employees, I managed to be able to collect data in types of surveys from the employees. The results assisted me to come up with a more customised employee engagement strategy.

The next step involved ensuring that I used critical thinking to be logic and coherent for my success. By use of survey data, I appreciated existing of issues inclusive of communication challenges and organisation to recognise and appropriate recommendation informed by logical embrace of the findings from the survey (Yulian, 2021).

My final approach was to incorporate fair-based minded in proposing active consultation of all teams. By doing this, an active collaboration was achieved for developing various angles creating holistic engagement process.

Application of Critical Thinking to Others’ Ideas

Also, in my function in Riyad Bank, I put an emphasis on use of critical thinking skills in review of ideas of different colleagues for a customer feedback system. To ensure it is clear and precise, I posed questions linked with executed functions and objectivity to measure the impact of this system.

After this, I pursued an evaluation of success of reason and connect the participants, identify envision system enhancing how customer services are delivered and if the implementation strategy is with practicality.

Lastly, I pursued a balance focus through sourcing information from various departments since it could evidence the rest of employees or directors view specific changes having problems or immense benefits.

In the identified strategies, the use of critical thinking enhances rational and objective debate through putting an emphasis on evidence-based reasoning. Also, it assists individuals in dissecting data, contents examination, argument structure and recognition of any potential bias while debating (Abdul-Azeez et al., 2024). The process pursued in critical thinking assists in concentration of factual information as opposed to being simplistic in evaluating individual perceptions, use of reasoning and kind for correction of decisions and holistic social-based changes.
