Diversity

This represent a phenomenon where different people in an organisation have differences (CIPD, 2023). This is in regard to age, gender, disability, racial background, religions, sex-based orientation and factors of individuality collaborating in creation of inclusive-based and respectful workplace organisation culture. This is to value individual unique characteristics and context (Ali, 2022).

Importance– Being a new starting organisation focusing on sustainable and organic materials, Clean Quarter would gain significantly from diversity representing varying perspectives and with authenticity linking with broad range of clients (Beamery, 2023).

Inclusion

This is identified as having an environment with people irrespective of their personalised features feeling valued and highly respected. According to Ali (2022), inclusive workplaces make sure staff operate in a levelled play ground with equality enhanced for participation, contributing to views and realisation of optimum potential.

Importance– Creation of inclusive work-based culture is essential for an organisation such as Clean Quarter.
