A staff working in a collaborative culture preference would be facilitation and group working as opposed to an independent culture (Flowerdew, 2018). For Clean Quarter, their culture entail initiating an understanding by an appropriate and respectful discussion process.

Learning History

A learner having a positive-based experience going through mentoring would potential respond appropriately to the process again owing to being familiar with this or past experiences (Vulpen, 2020).  Nevertheless, an individual lacking experience of taking part in a self-directed learning could assume a feeling of high overwhelming with coaching in the initial phase to the time of their adjusting. Being exposed to different approaches lead to an increased opportunities for improving strengths.

Tutor Responses

Through a prioritisation of learners cultural background and past learning experiences, tutor could engage in designing a responsive-based learning course. A small group work and engage in different discussions aimed at supporting cultural-based collaboration of all learners. The mentorship assignments and scaffolding are independent of all activities similarly building confidence for the employees accustomed to instructor-led approaches.

Action

For improving differentiation, the tutors can offer different learning materials using various levels of complexities with some of them being simplified concepts while others extending substantially. By use of multi-modal contents, diversity of their preferences is considered which entail visual, auditory and tactile tools. According to Clark (2018), different pathways assist entire learners in accessing information appropriate for their initial points and progress.
