- I xxx working with Cognizant as Senior Manager Human Resource- APAC, ME. In my current work profile, I manage Human Resource function for Middle East along with the APAC operations. As part of my current role, I have to interact with multiple stakeholders within Business and enabling functions like Administration, Human Resource, Project Management Team, Finance, External vendors, etc.
- Having Business acumen always help while hiring new potential associates. I work closely with the business teams to understand their requirement and domain of work we require to deliver. This helps in upselling the role to the candidates while deploying these associates to the project, which further helps in retention and growth of employee’s. This also helps in enabling the individual capability while delivering the work and coaching the team and internal/ external stakeholders.
- These parameters are related to the individual deliverable KPI that are set every beginning of the year. These KRA help in achieving the target for hiring diversified resource pool.
- In my current role I have to use the commercial specs as I monitor the budget and guide the team on the spend and cost per hire details. This also helps in sharing insights with the business and tracking the demand.
- All the open demand that is flagged for hiring should have diversify resource this helped in balancing the work force from across the globe.
